Default Memory Stick Duo For DSC-s85

Is it possible to use the newer smaller Memory Stick Duo with my old beloved DSC-s85 camera? I was thinking maybe with the adapter? I have a lot of the old long Memory Sticks (all 128mb in size) but would like to use a 1GB chip with the old s85 camera (if it can even take it, as the manufactured size may not allow 1GB, right?)

Yes, you can use Memory Stick Duo with an Adapter. But, it's only compatible with the original Memory Stick Duo media that is 128MB or smaller.

It is not compatible with Memory Stick Pro Duo media and you can't use anything larger than 128MB in it. Your camera is in the charts on this page:
