Default Need Help Setting Resolution on my DSC-T10

Don't want to sound like an idiot - I have a Sony DSC-T10 and love it but want to know (in baby steps) how I take a high resolution picture.
Thanks so much!

On the back of the T-10 you'll see a delete/bin/quality button- bottom left of the bunch.
When in shooting mode this button is your quality (resolution) button.
Press this whilst in shooting mode and select the highest resolution available (7m) using the navigation pad (up/down control) and pressing the middle button (ok/confirm).
If you're still a bit lost, here's a link to download the manual- and what you're after is on page 15
