Default Settings to get the best image out of HX300

Hi Folks,

Can someone please shed some light on the settings for getting the best quality images from HX300.

Most of the pics I have taken are a tad noisy and seem to lack fine detail.

If someone can shed light, it would be of great help.

Thanks

Difficult to say without know what your settings are now, the conditions you shoot under (generally), what you expect.
