Default T1-Help pls.....

Hi everyone !
I have just bought new digital camera DSC-T1 with a memory stick pro duo 256MB. Can i copy movie files from my computer onto memory stick and play it back on my camera as a portable video??? Tell me how pls... thank in advance.

Would be interested to know if you have done this yet?

:idea: Unfortunately I have not got a great deal of time to look into this but would imagine if you use something like 'virtualdub' to convert a video to the same format you will have a chance. Maybe something like 'gspot21' will give a few clues as to the codec used by sony.

If I do look into this I will let you know.

Thanks again. But i've tried many times. I copied a movie file with the same extension with the movie file i take from camera (MPEG). But it still didn't recognize the file. I also changed name as type MOV00xxxx. the same result.

I believe this cannot be done. As you cannot even recopy / move a photo back to Memory stick and play back on the Digital camera.

Sony manual states this. Even if you rename it to the exact extension.



So I doubt you can do this with the movie. Best thing to do, don't erase the movie after you took it! hehe.. i know, thats not a real solution.
