:POK, I am totally convinced that Sony customer support SUCKS! I've been trying to get Sony to send me the Image Data Converter that they "forgot" to include with my V3. Excuse after excuse I've been getting from them. First they told me they would send me the CD and I should have it in 2 weeks, well 2 weeks came and went so I called them back and supposedly spoke to a higher level supervisor who said that as soon as they can get a copy it will be sent to me... Almost 2 months later, still no CD!!! I'm not very happy at all with their customer support!

The whole thing is less than 4Mb zipped. It should be no trouble for someone to email it to you if they had your email address.

Well, it was good that somebody was able to help you. Where Sony customer support fails...the Sony user community comes through.

I see that Adobe has released a new beta plugin for PS that has at least preliminary support for the V3.

Yah! I'm glad you got your data converter through someone here!! I've heard many many complaints about the other camera companies too. Bad bad bad support! It's not just Sony. Someone needs to bring this up at those great camera expos/conventions that happen in February and August where manufacturers unveil their new digital cameras. Hey if I was going, I would tell them about that!! Too bad, I'm not invited, nor would I have to money to go....
