A little question about the P-200 LCD screen. Is the glass that covers the LCD screen part of the screen or is it just a protection? Is it possible to change it? How much does it cost?

I have the impression that the screen of the P-100 was better protected, because it didn't touch the surface the camera was put on, a table for exemple, if you see what I mean. Of course, if the glass is a protection, I guess that I'm wrong...

Thanks for answering!

The glass is seperate from the LCD and the backlight, so if you crack the glass your LCD can still be OK. Its possible to change, but I havent checked any pricing so I dont know about that.

The P100 screen has NO protection at all, the LCD screen is completely out in the open. Poke it with your finger good enough and you will break it. If you put it in your pocket with your keys you will probably scratch the screen, or break it if you are unlucky enough.
