Check ebay prices, usually the cheapest ones are from HK and all those are for real.
I won a 128MB some time ago and had no problems at all.
You can get even better deal at night when there is low biddingactivity.

Be CAREFUL.
I bought one on Ebay from a guy in Hong-Kong (china) and it was a scam.
The guy said BidPay wasn't working so I sent him the money by mail. the guy closed his ebay account. He doesn't reply to my emails. I have no trace of him and I lost $35.
Ebay won't cover my auction because I don't have any proof of paying.
If you buy from those places, please use paypal or bidpay or whatever, be sure to get a receipt. I've learned from my mistakes. Thank god it was a small amount of money.
cheers
Jojo
