Default P72 issues

I just picked this camera up today and I'm a bit disappointed with the USB interface. The only way I can get my computer to recognize the camera is if I unplug all of my other USB devices (hub, modem, joystick and steering wheel) and plug into one of the ports on the back of my rig. The front ports don't work with it.

I'm wondering if this is a problem with all Sony cameras? As for this camera, I'm taking it back, it's too much of a pain in the rear (pun intended) to have to go fishing around behind my machine just to plug the thing in.

It may just be a driver problem on your computer. I have a USB hub connecting 6 devices and my laptop recognizes P32 everytime I connect it. Btw, what OS are you using? I use XP Pro.

Hmmm, after a bit of experimenting, I figured out that my Logitech steering wheel is the only thing I need to unplug. Very strange. OS is Windows 2000 Pro.
