I have a Sony T1 that I just broke the screen on for the second time! I'm not going to put anymore money into getting it repaired again and since I have two NP-FT1 batteries and a 1gb memory stick duo, I want to get a similar camera. I'm trying to decide between the T5, T9 or waiting until the T30 comes out. I saw alot of complaints with the T cameras because of the flash, but I mainly use my camera in daylight or just taking a picture of 1 or 2 people indoors and the T1 flash has always met my needs.

I just bought a T9 and a friend of mine bought a Japanese version of the T30 on ebay. The T30 battery lasts a little longer, but comparingpics at thesame ISO, the T9 has less image noise in low light. I've been very satisfied with my T9 so far and it blows away my old T1!
