Default 707 Flash options

I do a lot of pictures of drag cars because I am a webmaster of several drag racing websites.

Day time pictures are great with my 707 but I have yet to find a flash that will work with the 707 because it doesn't have the hot shoe like the 717.

Any ideas on a good flash setup that would work with my camera wouyld be greatly apreciated.

I have the same problem.

I use the Sony flash.

3 things to do to get the Sony flash to work:

1. Use as a fill flash outdoors
2. Turn the ISO speed to 400 or 200 (you will get movie Digital grain)
3. or keep ISO speed to 100 and only use the f-stop at 3.2 (keep the shutter speed at 1/40, 1/50 or 1/60, just be still and it works)
