Went to the Australian International Airshow at Avalon on Sunday. Grey skies, rain & strong winds which all added up to horrible shooting conditions and a lot of the flying dispalys were canceled due to the strong cross winds.

I like all your shots here and the helicopter one is the best of the lot in my opinion. I like the fact you did not shoot so fast as to have the rotors look frozen and still in mid-air. The sense of motion is there and it makes the shot even better.

Nice shots.. which lens were you using? I have not figured out how to view he EXIF info from other peoples files yet.
Also, if you get a chance to shoot an RC-135 Reconn Aircraft,,, Send me images. That was the bird I flew. Doug, USAF (formerly) |
