Hi all,
Here's a small selection of images from a cold & wet game last night. Mid week games for me, tbh, are a pain in the arse as, I know the paper will only use 3 maybe 4 images max for the back page etc! ,(weekend is different because the paper has a football, (soccer), supliment on a Monday). To get a good images before the paper's pages set up deadline can be a bit of a challenge if it's only cruising along looking like a nil nil draw but luckily, I had my goal at about 32 mins & a good few actions so the ED was happy & I....., well I get to go home & try and dry everything off to be able to do the same again on Saturday for the footy & Sunday for the Rugby. & guess what the weather forecast is? Yep, more heavy rain & snow showers . C&C as always welcome. Regards Graham. #1 ![]() #2 ![]() #3 disallowed goal ![]() #4 and reaction lol ![]() #5 ![]() #6 ![]() #7 ![]()

G'day Graham
Another set of beauties - well done Q- what do you think about the latest medical research into headers & brain injury? Have you heard / seen anything about it? Phil

Hi Guys,
Thank you for taking time to comment ![]() Phil in answer to your heading question I'm on the fence tbh!, I have to agree with the scientific findings about a greater risk of dementia ina study but! who where the studies on? they can only have been on old players who didn't play with the modern lighter ball, rather a very heavy leather ball with even a bladder in it??. I think the game is tbh on a sticky wicket to use a pun you Aussies understand ![]() ![]() Mike Thank you I guess #2 was just at the fluke distance for sharpness ![]()
