This recent post has had me thinking about the new found access I discover I had when I purchased my camera and 70-200 lens a little more than a year ago. A camera and big lens will get you places no one else can go. Of course you need to use judgment and NEVER get in the way, but part of what I discovered was to be a little bold and act like you belong there. I just have to think there are some great stories about where a big camera has gotten you.

So let hear it, where has your camera gotten you that most people are not allowed to go? What do you do to give your self that competitive advantage, do you wear knee pads and a camera vest, carry a big bag or what?

mutiple times, many concerts, and sporting events :D

trick is, keep the 70-200 on when you walk in, get some grip tape on the camera, a huge flash and a lanyard with an ID on the end, then take everything off and throw the 85 1.8 on when you get inside :P

All times are GMT -5. The time now is 12:43 PM.
