Yep - 5 is a definite winner. I love it!
Great timing and focus. Timing is good on some of your other shots, but the focus is off. Shooting with wide apertures definitely takes some practice - keep at it - before long you'll be getting more like #5. Your timing is there, and that's tough for volleyball. Now, you just need to refine your focus technique. Good job! |

Thanks for the comments, folks. I do struggle with focus with the lens wide open. I've tried several different techniques - single focus, continuous focus, and manually focusing on a spot on the net and waiting for the players to enter the zone. I would be grateful for any tips anyone may have to help me out. Let me know what works for you.
