Next time you say she "hits like a girl" - take a look at the compression on this ball. I slowed down to 1/500 for a few shots to show the bat speed because this girl can swing the bat (the ball compression was a cool affect I hadn't seen on any of my bat-on-ball shots before).

Good set although it looks a little chilly. One question, the last photo, I know about where you were standing to get it but what were you using for a lens?

by the way our H.S. season starts in about a week, probably wonn't be much warmer for us.:lol:

Yes, it's still chilly here on any given day. Although, there's a saying - "if you don't like the weather in Northeast Ohio, wait five minutes". Some days it's 60 and some days it's 40 right now. For the one game, it was 40 degrees with a good chilly wind

I use a Sigma 120-300 2.8 lens for my baseball/softball.
