These 3 are from aburst of 6 frames with a frame between each one. Given the distance of about 20 feet, the Nikon SB-800 (with Quantum Turbo Battery) kept up well. Surprised me!:D

Nikon D2H, used a StroboFrame Pro-T flash arm, f3.5, 1/250 @ ISO 500, WB auto, no EV change on the flash (I have reduced it .3 at times to be sure of not over-flashing).
