Nice. I've also used a canon 50 mm f 1.7 lens under the hoop and have been happy with it. I sort of want a 24-70 Sigma f2.8, but for the little bit of zoom I can usually just crop and for the little bit wider field options, don't know if it's really worth it. Just as your shots show, it's a pretty sharp lens and for $100, great value. I think the only reason I want something else is to look more professional - then I realize, no one is looking at me on the court.

Those are some nice shots. I couldn't believe you shot those at 1/250...I wouldn't have that if could have frozen the action at that shutter speed! I'm assuming the lighting held you to that shutter speed?
