style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #000000"Yer gettin some decent results there.

style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #000000"Maybe shoot a little wider.

style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #000000"The crops seem a little tight, makes the shot feel a little claustrophic.

style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #000000"I have a little tendency to shoot a little tight, don't know why. style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #000000"Sometimes it's difficult to back off a little I guess.

This is what's great about photography - I don't think there is a 'right' answer. Unlike Terry, I have become a convert of tight crops for sports. It seemed odd to me at first, but when I look at people who have been doing it longer (and better) than me, and when you look at sports publication - the images I like are all tightly cropped. I would even suggest trying a vertical crop on the 2nd and 3rd images isolating the ball carrier and the torso of the defender. The point of interest really isn't the defender's body in either case or even the blockers.

Image 2 - #52 is irrelevant as is the quarterback. I'm just suggesting you try a vertical crop of the runner and the torso of the defender and his arms - THAT is where the action is.

Image 3 - this shot is all about the hit being laid on the runner (an added benefit is the eyse of the defender coming over)- so isolate on that.
