Very good shots, especially the keeper shot.
I see that using aperture priority with a slower lens is better than shutter priority for DOF. That has been my experience and I believe you could have gotten away with a lower iso on your shots. I use Aperture Priority and just look at the shutter speed to be above the minimum 1/250th / sec and snap away. The DOF in this way comes out much better for me. Again, nice shots. |

Thanks John,
I took #4 as the players were racing by me. I got one shot only as they went by. I liked the way both players are concetrating on the ball. This game I decided to do sideline shots knowing the calibur of both teams and figured there would be a lot of mid-field action. Wednesday's game will mostly likely be endline shots. We will see what comes out. |
