This was one I took last weekend at the NZ champs at Pukekohe.
Local guy doin about 120-150kph (that's 75-95mph in old money)out of the hairpin. Only 18 years old too...Geez!
iso = 80
exposure = 1/200
f stop = 2.8
focal length 41mm
Admitidly, I took about 300 shots, and about two dozen are keepers, but I'm still learning...
I guess I would have to agree overall though, not as good as a slr, but a lot less hassle, and half the price and weight.
I'm still happy with my FZ20!
Unfortunaly, I need to get my panning speed faster!

This is a good start! The panning looks good but I would have like to seen the entire bike in frame... keep shooting!

have to agree with mr_saginaw. I like the picture but would've liked to have seen the whole bike. Keep up the good work and post some more pictures like this.

Well done very sharp, any post processing done? love to see more of your keepers. try a closer crop in your editing software, like top of helmet front of fairing and just off the back number like this below.

anyone agree? or suggest another crop

Thanks for sharing
