This is with a flash, at 180th. F/3.2, ISO500.

You should be able to get similar with your camera and a flash.

Not too shabby photos Brad.

I usually advise people to shoot not too tight, then crop later.

Shooting tight, you can miss some nice shots, and have few cropping options later.

I shoot for a local paper, and I often have to get the shot in the can, so to speak.

So I shoot wide, and multi frames per second. I submit the shots wide, and then the layout person does the final crop so that it fits into the article's space requirement.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
