That s a pretty awesome photo!

You should be able to sell it.

Have you considered making it commercially available?

Thanks Terry!

I never thought it was such a great shot...more of a funny shot lol. where would I try to sell it? On one of those sites where you get .30 cents per pix sold?

Thanks again, Juan

Juan,

Well, you might find a beer company or whatever that could be interested in it.

Maybe look around, as you might find a photo agent. I think you want to sell it on individual use basis, maybe $500-1000 per display, rather than the 30 cents per use model.

For now, I'd repost that picture if I were you with "copyright Juan ...." ghosted on the top of it so nobody copies it and starts using it.

Ow!

All I can say is I'm glad I'm a scrum half, and don't have to jump at the lineouts!

Great capture.

Thanks Terry & Frenchy!

Terry, I guess you play rugby. It seems like a cool sport.

This is a very well framed shot. ( Huh Terry? ) I know nothing about Rugby and can't
imagine how this play comes about. But you got it all in . Some PP would really help here. Clone, ( Say goodbye to the fan in the background. ) curvesand selective USM. Great shot. I don't know of any other sport that requires team mates to pull on your shorts ! ! !

That sort of play comes about when the ball has gone 'into touch' (off the pitch) and it's thrown back into the 'line out', where the two teams battle it out to regain control. Depending on the level of rugby being played, it's either a very cleverly choreographed method of restarting (with lots of different 'calls' according to where the ball will go and what will be done with it once caught) or it's a complete mess and a lottery!

I LOVE IT! It really show the uniqueness of the game. Thanks for the explanation and for sharing a really interesting picture.

PS: I'm going to try and see some games.

nice shot capturing the "ballet" of a line-out. it appears the fellow catching the ball will have a serious "wedgie" to contend with, though! brings back memories... i played wing and outsidecenter for 3 years in high school and2 years in college. it's a great sport, looks morebrutal than it actually is. do you have any shots of the scrum? perhaps an action photo of the fly half pitching out to theinside center? those guys sometimes go completely horizontal!
