my 15 yr old and my friend lance at a hurricane katrina destroyed shopping mall 1 year and 8 months later.
i know these pics are not cropped correctly, and there are objects in the background that distract from the subject, but i was doing slow shutter speed practice, and the best part, in any of these pics my son ryan or my friend lance were not going over 10 miles per hour. i think its kinda cool! |

Neat pix, looks like it takes lots of practice (note: the scrapes and re-painted flat black fairing).
The steel tubing external to the fairing on the bikes, are they to protect the engine and casings ? Is the steel extension attached to the back of the black faired bike, to prevent a wheelie from becoming a flip over ? Les |

hi mark,
yes i am, and thank you! hi les, yes the bars on the sideis called an engine cage, it to protect the engine in case of a fall, i bought the bike from lance, the guy on the blue and white bike. the bar that sticks out in the back is called a 12 bar(for 12 o'clock)it is really made to scrape. it will slow the bike down from flipping on you but if you launch it to hard it will come all the way over. it saved me when i was first learning! |
