Good to see you back Spy!

As always, the water looks great in your shot.

But something just looks weird about the arm - not sure if it's motion blur or what, I can't quite put my finger on it but it looks a bit odd. Sorry I can't verbalize what it is.

Any thoughts?

I know what your saying. I shot this with the 17 - 85mm IS 4.5 - 5.6 lens, and external flash, ISO 3200, 2 stops underexposed for shutter speed which was at best 1/160 - 200. There is definately motion blur in the arm and hand as it is the part movingmore than any other part, but the hand is what draws my eye the most as it does look, as you said, "a bit odd".
