    Congrats to both and well deserved.

    From personal experience I know that JohnG is a wealth of knowledge and ideas. I have been taking photos seriously for over 30 years and since running into him on this board I have improved my shots considerably by listening to his advice (although I will admit I have not always used all of it, I still don't like shooting in RAW:lol.

    Mark has also proved to be an excellent photographer and always willing to help when a question has been asked. Both will do quite well as moderators on this board.
