Default Volleyball Perspectives

At this weekends volleyball tournament the spectator seating was a balcony behind the court. This provided an interesting perspective. The other area I like to shoot from is by the net, shooting upwards. I used a 50mm Nikon 1.8 lens, 1600 ISO, F1.8 @ 1/400, custom white balance.

I like the perspective idea for the first two shots. I might suggest trying them again with a longer focal length lens so you don't have to crop so much. A longer lens will ensure better focus so the faces are sharp.

Great idea on the perspective!

I like the perspective in the first two. Very interesting. Nice to see something different with volleyball..

My 12 year old stayed after school last week to watch girls volleyballs with a couple of buddies. I asked how it was, and he said he could watch it all day!
