looking to upgrade. I like to shoot basketball and Volleyball indoor high school level and some high school football. I feel pretty good with
my lens. Wondering what a good step (or two) up would be. I would rather not spend a lot but upgrade enough to be better off than my 40d. |

For something like this, I see that you have 1/2-dozen options "depending" upon various things - like budget & product availability If it were me - I'd be looking around the chain stores for prices of models that I was comfortable were in my budget range, then back to DP Review.com to do side-by-side compares with the bodies with the current 40d as a reference - all to see what changes there are ... mpx - fps shooting - metering - etc. etc. and from that make my choice Same goes for lenses too ![]() Hope this helps Phil
