Not bad but it's looking a little dark.

Try cranking up the ISO on your cemera to make the overall image look brighter.

If there is any chance you can shoot w/o flash try it. If not, manualy set the SS lower and increase the ISO - this will balance the available light with the flash and look less like you shot the pic in a cave. This will depend on whether you shoot with P-n-S or a DSLR.

2542 needs cropping and the highlights off the shoes in background are distractng.

Open the aperture (smaller f-stop) to decrease the DoF and zoom the lens to a longer focal length if space allows.

For wrestling comcentrate on facial expressions and weird body/limb contortions.

Try to avoid the umpire.
