Your about to be stuffed!

Canon Digital Rebel- Canon 50mm f/1.8 lens, no flash

1/400 f/2.2 ISO 1600 Photoshop Elements 2.0

The gym color is mostly orange so the colors are a little warm. No noise reduction used.

Great shot, impressive. It seems a little busy on the right, just a slight cropping would get rid of that.

Other than that, it is an excellent photo.

Nice shot.

You can adjust the white balance after by using Adobe Elements "dropper" tool. You just put the dropper on the white of the shirt and the whole photo will adjust using the shirt as the absolute white.

Somebody explained to me how to do it on this forum a week ago.

It works great to get rid of the color cast.
