My first post. Mallala photos

I have posted photos on other forums before. When I preview a post on here the image does not appear in preview.Am I doing somethiing wrong?Lets see if this works.

The link works but is there a way to make the image appear in the post without clicking the link?

You may have done the same thing I forgot to do earlier today....Where you want your photo to go....hit the insert photo icon near the right end of the top bar...then post the address of your photo in the pop-up address bar.
