I like the swim photos but not so much the second ladder shot - would be better from a different angle with more of the face.

Bike shots are nice with good face exposure - looks like you did well picking out a shady spot!! I need to remember this when I do a TRI next month.

The running shots are okay except some of the backgrounds are just not very nice with the power lines, houses, and parked cars. I do like the Speed Limit signs and the bridge guard rails are okay too. But boy do those guys look tired during the run. Of course I would never make it that far so good for them!

Overall nice job. Main nit is - where are the ladies?
