Default Swimming & Diving

I have recently been photographing high school swimming & diving. The lighting is terrible and my camera is 4 years old, so focusing can be challenging. Attached are a few "standard" swimming images and a couple where I tried something different (wide angle & pan at slow shutter speed). I would appreciate any comments or suggestions. Canon 30D, ISO 3200, Canon 70-200 f/2.8 and Tamron 17-50 f/2.8. Most shots were underexposed 2/3 to 1 stop in order to get a faster shutter speed. Thanks for looking.
