Yesthis is answer that I was waiting for. Thanks.

The first adjustments are suitable for my camera but I will need a good light conditions. The second and third are too, too, too far awayu from my camera possibilities. To have a 3200 ISO is too far (my limitation is 400) and shuter speed it's OK I can go up to 1/4000.

Another problem is noise when using the ISO 200 and 400 so lot to learn about sport shooting.

by the way my camera is Nikon 8700 model.

Regards Zak
