An awful lot of camera crammed into a low-mid range camera body.
More than decent high iso performance, plenty of resolution offering plenty of cropping options- and a very nice AF system for its class- and whilst optically pretty good,a kit lens upgrade might be worth considering to get the best out of that AF system, as the 18-55 is no speed demon.

How does the D5200 fare in fast continuous mode with regards buffer performance... and does dropping to medium size improve it...?
