The XZ-2 on paper seems a nice upgrade to the XZ-1.
Certainly, the switch to a CMOS sensor has improved the video capture- and continuous shooting. Higher iso use in the XZ-1 was a bit of a stumbling block- again, the switch to CMOS should help this.
One STRONG area of the XZ-1 was low iso use- with fantastic levels of detail for a small(ish) sensor- especially when shooting RAW. Hopefully, this is still the case.
One weaker area of the XZ-1 was the image stabilizer- not hugely effective(thank goodness for the fast lens..!)- perhaps the XZ-2 is better...?
