Design is a matter of taste.... but I like it... I also like the "pull-up" flash- like the old S3is etc... nothing to go wrong/break !
I wonder- can you utilize full range of shutter speeds when shooting wide open...?

Simon, that's a great question. Here is the reviewer's response:

"So the shutter speed range is 1 to 1/2000 in aperture priority and 30 to 1/2000 in other modes. Hope that helps."

Thanks- the reason I asked was that on the specs page under shutter- the full speed range was only listed for Tv and M...!
