Default LED light for video recording

Hi all.
Do you have any experience with led light for indoor video recording?

It is just my hobbie and I'm starting to make a Documentary video to my grandpa's life and his legacy . So the interviews to my old relatives are very important. And I don't want to spend a lot of money and big equipment in that.

Cheap and good alternatives are welcome. I think Led lights can be ok.

A lack of knowledge : I don't have the amount of Lux needed to make this (an indoor interview).

If any can help , I would appreciate it.

Paul, from Chile

Over the last couple ofmmonths I've heard several professionals recommend the Sony LED video lights as a much cheaper alternative to Litepanel.
