Can some one recommend some good quality flash stands to hold a Speedlight (Nikon external flash)? I saw them used on the recent Nikon School's A Hands-on Guide to Creative Lighting dvd which I just bought/received. Plan to do some experimenting with Speedlights. Even though I do prefer using only natural light if possible.

Or can all stands be setup to hold an external DSLR flash? I noticed a stand with an square umbrella on the Photoflex website holding an external flash. Would I just need a "clamp"? Or do you need a specific kind of stand?

Pretty much...
-> All you need is a bracket if you need more flexibility

Otherwise the 'little' stand that that comes with the flash for the slave mode has the 1/4 thread already for you to screw it on the stand
