Default Light Meter?

What is the best light meter for a low budget? I really like the Sekonic L-358 Flash Master Light Meter

but its 279.00 price tag is a little expensive too. Are there any good ones out there for under a hundred?

Go Sekonic. Rob a bank if needed. Well spent money. They last for ever and are absolutely reliable.
Also you can find some good deals on used light meters at eBay, and it's rare that a light meter stops working. Easy to check.
