Hello All,

Has anyone built a homemade softbox? I'm thinking about attempting to build one myself and was just thinking that someone might have already came up with a good one they would like to share. Any information or pictures would be greatly apreciated.

Thank you,

Chad

Check out this one:

If you build it to larger dimensions, you should use larger diameter pipe.

Mikefellh thanks, a that kind of light tent is one of my current projects. :-)

Here is one called Tinker Tubes, it is a pdf with a ton of studio stuff to make out of PVC tubes. Gets quite elaborate Tinker Tubes

Now if I could find the plans for a product table, my winter project would be all set. Sort of have the basics a 1/8" 4'*8' sheet of white plexiglass for the sweep, just have to make the support for it. Or break down and buy one but then half the fun is gone. :|
