hey guys
is ther anyway i can use real cheap lamps or smethng to gain better lighting (Not tht yellowy kind) to take better insdie shots??

Yes, try doing a search in this forum for "cheap". Also, that "yellowy kind" is continuious lighting and about the cheapest you can use. The yellow cast is easily overcome by setting your cameras white balance to "cloudy outdoors" or "incandescent".
