Draillog,I love your infrareds with your S3. Konica quit making my favoite IR film for my Hassy so I am having to move to digital for it. I love the specs on the S3 (for my budget at least :-) so I just bought one yesterday for $339 (Circuit city had a misprint on the web saying that was the instore price so a local store was able to price match it). I am leaving for vacation tomorrow and want to pick up the right filter to be able to infrared and I want to make sure you I have your set up. Are you using the Hoya 72? And if so, what camera settings could you recommend?Thanks for your time!Best,R. Joe

There is a website that people took the Canon G1 and modded it into an IR camera. The pics are great, but I dont remember the site. Google should be able to find it quick though.

very interesting snaps there. Please help me how to take Infra Red snaps with my Canon S3 camera. I will be going on a vacation and want to use this to take some nice snaps. Please help. thanks in advance. -prasad |
