How to clean properly old 35mm films ? without making scratch and so on ...

Personally, I recommend a commercial film cleaner rather than any home-brew fluids. One that I've used in the past (going back into the '50s) is Edwal Anti-Stat Film Cleaner. Its available from a number of sources. Here's a link to B&H's page:

Be careful to go slowly and gently. Once wet, the emulsion gets softer and easier to scratch. Follow the instructions on the bottle.
