How can I take a good clean picture of jewelry(ring, pendant, bracelet, etc) with a 2.0MP digital camera? The main purpose is to store the pictures as an online catalog. Ashford.com pictures have no shadow at all and they are very bright and clean. What equipments are needed to produce such pictures?
I was thinking about making an enclosed box with fluorescent lights at the bottom and mirrors that will reflect the light throughout the whole box with little or no shadow. Then just make a hole on top of that box and insert the camera through there. Maybe there's an easier way of doing this? Any ideas? Thanks -Josh |
