Hello,
please tell me if there is any technik at the shooting time for control of contrast of the picture?
I know I can shoot in "My Colors" where I can adjust contrast, but I'm interested in control of contrast at the time of then shooting.
Thank you

You can only adjust your camera to produce more contrast prior to making the shot. Any other contrast control has to be done in post processing.

The most fundamental control of contrast is done at time the picture is taken. It's called controlling the light. Basically to reduce contrast add light to the shadows or remove light from the bright areas. On a micro level we can also control the contrast by the size of the light source, large light source (umbrela, light box etc.) to lower the contrast or small (optically) source like direct sun, small bulb or flash tube to increase the contrast.
