Default Repairing a bad crop

Crop or framing. Here's a tricky question. The pick's just an example:

Forget the color cast, etc. I can repair that. Problem is the poorly crop on the bottom. So this is the question: Is it possible to add some grass there. And how?
Thanks for the help.

The photo editors I have used, have "expand canvas" options, and you can add to any or all sides, by a selected number of pixels. You should then be able to clone in some grass to the new, blank area.
