Knowing a lot about computer security... I know of no way to do something like that other than modifying the firmware of the camera itself to make the images useless to anyone but you.

Where there's a will, there's a way...

The new dSLR Canon's and (I believe) Nikon's have a devise you can add on to the camerawhich will allow you to shoot photos, and have them wirelessly sent to your computer, even without a memory card in the camera (or other storage device)

Set up a system which transfers the images to your laptop, and simply password protect your laptop.

Unless they steal your laptop or break the code, there's no way they can retain an image for themself.

My two cents... worth, perhaps, three cents?
