Does anyone know how (if possible) to get the date time stamp on the image.I have it with the metedata. I have the date time on the image in the viewer, but i cannot print out an image with the date/time stamp on it. I have tried the DPOF (Digital Print Output Format).

Does DPOF work? I have tried on a Mac OS X, a Windows 98 :roll:and the Kiosk at the CVS.

I have read the manual. I am lost. Any help or suggestions

Thank you

Some printers come with software that can read the date/time stamp from images (it's in the EXIF portion of an image's header), and print them. For example, the software Canon includes with it's printers can include a date/time stamp.

If you don't have printing software that can use it, there are other solutions available.

With my M500, I must turn on the DPOF, 'mark' which photos will be printed with a date and THEN - have a printer that will read the info.

It may be 'easier' to use a program like IrfanView (shareware). It will read the pix data and you can place it in a window, anywhere you wish, within the printout.
