Any experience with the PDR-4300???

We just ordered this camera online from tigerdirect after reading good reviews (for the price!) here & elsewhere. Once I started reading these boards about peoples problems with the PDR-3300, which is it's predecessor, I am hoping there are not similar problems with the 4300.

Does anyone here own this camera? Are there any "issues" I should be watchful of? Right now I just can't wait to receive my new toy!! Any personal experience would be great to hear!?

Thanks

Well, I guess not!!! :P

We received the camera yesterday & have been having a good time testing it out & seeing just what it can do. For what we paid, I am pretty impressed right now!!

I read a few complaints about the fact that the LCD is on all the time while shooting pics. All you have to do is press the display button 3 times & the screen turns off.

So far we are really enjoying this camera, we are actually going on vacation next weekend, so we'll seehow it holds up!!

Any questions, ask away!!

I have the pdr-4300... and Have a big problem with it... it claims to be able to print wonderful 300 pixel pictures.... all the pictures i take, when i look at image details on my pc, the picture is taken using 72 pixels.... and there is no way to change that. I have the picture size and quality set at 3 stars... and tech support was no help at all... anyone with similar problems???
