Default Short Final on Rwy 27

The winds were gusting from the west yesterday morning which meant that aircraft were landing to the west on Rwy 27. The viewing area at CVG is almost right under the glide slope. Unfortunately no shots of aircraft departing since I was positioned behind the runway.

Very nice Jelpee,

I agree the German shipping company has a really nice color scheme for their planes.
Super Frequent Flyer, no joke. Ex Patriot and loving it.
